decent experience
central location jubilee bridge aromatherapy steam room light blocking bidet drain dust issue
the location is central. it was less than five minutes to both charing cross and embankment stations, as well as the jubilee bridge. i got to the thermal floor and enjoyed the pool! the aromatherapy steam room was really awesome too.
The curtains in my room did not fully block the light in the morning. It came through the sides. also, the bidet drain wasn't working. i noticed dust had not been removed properly!

The room had a walk-in closet. It also featured heated tile. I found the Dyson hairdryer with attachments very useful.
The hotel rooms appear more worn than photos indicate.

a decent stay
excellent location great room excellent bars boring interior tacky chandelier underwhelming documentary
the location is excellent it is close to many attractions. the hotel room was great it had everything i needed. i also found the hotel bars to be excellent.
i booked a table at the wintergarden after seeing it on a channel 4 documentary. the interiors were grey and boring i expected more refinement. the giant round chandelier in the main foyer restaurant looks tacky.

exorbitant minibar prices unreasonable pricing
the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions the room was spacious and well maintained
i was pretty annoyed the minibar prices were exorbitant a small bottle of water cost me nearly £10 this felt exploitative given the overall cost of my stay i definitely expected more reasonable pricing
